Stamp Rally Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
The Stamp Rally ("Promotion") is sponsored by Good Smile Company U.S., Inc. ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who attend Anime Expo during the Promotion Period. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 2, 2026 at 9:00 am PDT and ends on July 5, 2026 at 3:00 pm PDT ("Promotion Period"). All stamps must be collected and prize claims submitted before the Promotion Period ends.
4. How to Participate
- Obtain an official Stamp Rally Card from a designated distribution location.
- Visit participating locations and collect the required stamps.
- Submit the completed Stamp Rally Card at the designated redemption location before the end of the Promotion Period.
- No purchase is necessary to participate. A purchase will not increase a participant's chances of receiving a prize.
Limit one (1) Stamp Rally Card per person unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.
5. Prizes
Participants who satisfy the completion requirements may be eligible to receive a prize, while supplies last.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- No cash substitution or exchange will be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Prize Availability
Prizes are available only while supplies last. Completion of the Stamp Rally does not guarantee receipt of a prize if prize inventory has been exhausted. Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly chosen to receive gifts with a value of at least $50+ USD.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, altered, illegible, forged, or incomplete Stamp Rally Cards. Such cards may be deemed invalid at Sponsor's sole discretion.
8. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Tampers with the Promotion or redemption process;
- Uses fraudulent methods to obtain stamps or prizes;
- Violates these Terms & Conditions;
- Engages in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct.
9. Release of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, event organizers, venue operators, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Technical failures or errors;
- Lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
- Printing or production errors;
- Any interruption, cancellation, or modification of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the participant's name, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.goodsmileus.com/policies/privacy-policy.
13. California Law
The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Sponsor's Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical issues, safety concerns, force majeure events, or other circumstances that impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
