Order Processing Procedures

Hello there! Please review the terms below before placing your order.

PAYMENTS

Payments by credit card, debit or check card are authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your payment is charged when your order ships, or as each part of your order ships, which may result in separate charges.

Please note In-Stock, Pre-Order, and Made-to-Order products will be charged and shipped at different times.

Payments by Paypal and Amazon Payments are immediately charged at the time you place your order for all order types.

IN-STOCK

In-Stock merchandise orders will be charged within 3 to 5 business days.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-Order products will be charged as soon as they are in stock. This can be up to three weeks prior to product release date. Until then, your order will remain in reserved status.

MADE-TO-ORDER

If you have Made-to-Order items in your order, it can take between 5 to 9 business days for the items to be made depending on our order volume. We prefer this process than mass-produced items to make each item unique. We understand that our customers LOVE our products and want them right away so we are working to improve our processing time.
