PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations for pre-order items only before the pre-order window closes. Once the pre-order period ends, your order is locked in and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation during an open pre-order window, please contact us at help.goodsmileus.com with your order number.

FINAL SALE
All items (pre-order and in-stock) are considered final sale once the order is confirmed or the pre-order window has ended. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations beyond these conditions.

Should an item return to us, additional fees may apply.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist with a resolution.
